At Lion’s Head Coffee, we truly want you to love every cup. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.
Our coffee is fresh roasted in small batches to highlight smooth, bold flavor without the overly bitter or burnt taste that many large commercial coffees have. Because of this roasting style, our flavor profile may be different from brands that intentionally roast very dark or bitter.
If our coffee simply isn’t the right fit for your taste preferences, we encourage you to reach out anyway — we’re happy to help however we can.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
