Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Lion’s Head Coffee, we offer flexible purchase options, including one-time purchases and subscription-based recurring orders. Please review the cancellation terms below.


Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Once a subscription order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.


How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your Lion’s Head Coffee customer account

  2. Navigate to Manage Subscriptions

  3. Select Cancel Subscription

Skips & Changes

Subscribers may also:

  • Skip an upcoming shipment

  • Change delivery frequency

  • Update products or quantities

  • Update shipping or billing information

These changes must be made before the next billing cycle to take effect.


Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again automatically. If payment cannot be completed, the subscription may be paused or canceled until updated payment information is provided.


Refunds

Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped are non-refundable.
