Thank you for shopping with Lion’s Head Coffee. We are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality coffee to your door as quickly and reliably as possible.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Flat-Rate Shipping: $6.95 orders under $60 | $3.95 orders $60–$74

FREE Shipping: On all orders $75 or more
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time after shipment is 3-4 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because we roast fresh, some orders may require additional time to ensure peak quality.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.

Delays
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. Lion’s Head Coffee is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@lionsheadcoffee.com with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll make it right.
