Encouragement from Ben #7 – Have more faith

Hey friend!

Today's Topic: Have more faith.

Earlier in the week I was processing some things in the shop about a new project we basically have leaped out in faith hoping God's in it, right. (Haha, like everything we do). But seriously, I was sitting there almost in discouragement thinking what in the world we got ourselves into when all of a sudden, I had a thought come across my mind I believe was from the Holy Spirit. "You need to have more faith". That's what I heard. That simple. You know what I said to myself? Yea, I just need to have more faith!

Now how does hearing a simple statement like that change anything? I'm glad you asked. First it gets your focus off your situation and back on God. Second, it makes room for God to come through mightily.

The Bible says in 2 Chronicles 16:9 the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, searching to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him. I firmly believe God won't do great things in our lives unless there is faith somewhere in the equation.

It says without faith it is IMPOSSIBLE to please God. There is a story in 2 Kings 6 & 7 with Elisha and a city that was in great famine. Elisha prophesies a miracle would take place and basically the impossible would be possible and they would have abundance of food. However, there was a man who did not believe and because of that he was able to see the miracle but not eat of the food. This is a powerful reminder to us as believers, don't doubt what God can do. You need to have more faith.

As you may know now this entire company is established because my dad and I, took what we believed was from God to do, and leaped out in faith. We simply believed God and worked extremely hard doing all we knew to do. And it would be such a shame to get to the end of the road and get in doubt and not be able to fully see the abundance God has in store. Whether that is family restored, health, your business prospering, your marriage, etc.

So I want to leave you with this encouragement, God knows exactly where you are, what you are dealing with, what you are going after, and I believe if anything here's what He would want you to hear tonight: You need to just have more faith in Him. 1 Peter 5:7 – "Casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares about you."

Lastly, Pray for us! Pray that my personal faith would strengthen, pray that I would be made strong in the Lord and that everything that we are supposed to accomplish we would in Jesus name. Also after this week we will have past 800+ Persecuted Believers reached with a Bible! THAT IS BECAUSE OF YOU! MAN YALL ARE AWESOME. KEEP ON SHINING!
